Our business mainly is to supply reliable and attractive packaging material to support our value customers for their own uses or with their business. 

Packaging material available such as Glass, Plastic, Paper, and compostable / bio-degradable material.

Whether you are owners in Food Industries such as Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, food factories, bakery shop/factories, hawkers and food court owners, we have variety of packaging products material for you to choose from, you will be surprise what you can find to add value to your business, working towards beneficial and synergistic cooperation, and grow together with us.

Other than Food and Beverage Industries, The Company also supply other packaging products and accessories for different industries, such as Medical and Pharmaceutical, Industrial, fragrance and essential oil, and others.

Quality Commitment

At ‘medtrapak’, we are working hard toward quality commitment based on two (2) aspects: Quality of Products and Quality of Services. 

Quality of Products – 

  1. We are quality conscious and at all time uphold Quality Assurance programs from factory to post delivery. This will ensure we are providing satisfactory products, eliminate errors, reduce wastage, and hence competitive prices for our customers.
  2. Some packaging product may not be suitable for all kinds of usage due to the nature of the intended products’ contents. However, with sound discussion, recommendations, and with acceptable packaging criteria, customer should always test the suitability of their product’s contents with the packaging prior to use. Medtra (S) Pte. Ltd. will NOT be responsible for any consequential damages arising from customer’s selection and use of packaging material supplied by The Company.
  3. We will do our upmost diligent to randomly check all the products to be proper handled before delivery. However, if there is any unforeseen circumstance, we will subsequently correct it in the shortest time frame.  (Please refer to our return and exchange policies for references.)
  4. All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use, are expressly disclaimed. Medtra (S) Pte Ltd makes no warranty for the packaging material and other items described are fit for any particular purpose or shelf-life. Packaging such as containers and closures that suitable for edible products are advisable to be cleaned before filling process.
