Is the eco-friendly paper product or biodegradable product suitable for my product?

It is the client’s sole responsibility to determine the suitability and adequacy of the
eco-friendly paper product or biodegradable product due to their particular knowledge of the following issues such as:

  • Intended end use of the packaging product (soup, noodles, fried food, salads & etc)
  • Hot-filled / cold-filled
  • Chilled / non-chilled
  • Handling and stackable

Please consult our sales staffs if you have any doubt.

What unit of measure do you use for your eco-friendly paper product or biodegradable product ?

Cups and bowls are usually indicated in volume such as Millilitre (ML) / Ounce (OZ) / Cubic Centimeter (CC)

The rest of the products are indicated in measurement such as Centimeter (CM) / Millimeter (MM).

What unit of measure do you use for your bottles/jars?

Our bottles and jars are indicated in volume such as Millilitre (ML) or Gram (GM).

What payment mode can I use?

We accept ‘CASH’, ‘NETS’, ‘PAYNOW’ for purchases transact at our showroom.

For local self-collection or delivery of goods, we accept ‘PAYNOW’ or Bank Transfer before / upon collection / upon delivery of goods.

For overseas shipment, we accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) payment or bank transfer in advance before delivery / shipping of goods.

What are the business hours?

We are open for business Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM (Singapore Local Time). Closed on Sat, Sun and Public Holidays.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

For purchase transaction / collection at our office retail store, each items per pack applies.

Minimum of S$300 applies for delivery transaction.

Do you give discounts?

Yes, quantity discount pricing applies to higher tier of quantity purchased for each item in one transaction.

Can I have a printed catalogue of your items?

For the moment, please visit our product page for more information.
New products will be updated on a regular basis.  Alternatively, we recommend you shall visit our showroom to view full range of display items during business hours.

Is the container/jar/bottle suitable for my product?

It is the client’s sole responsibility to determine the suitability and adequacy of the closure, bottle and accessories due to their particular knowledge of the following issues such as:

  •   Product formulation/ingredients of the intended product’s content.
  •  Intended end uses of the packaging product
  •  The method of filling, assembly and packaging operations to be utilized.
  •  The shipping and storage conditions.

Do you arrange for overseas delivery? How much is the shipping cost?

We do arrange for overseas delivery. All shipping related cost will be fully borne by client.  Shipping cost will be advised at the prevailing date.
Prices quoted usually are Ex-warehouse prices unless otherwise specified.

How long does it take to process my order?

Local Delivery  – Currently, all ex-stock item is still subject to first come first serve basis and is scheduled to be processed on the same day provided the last order is received by us at 4:30 PM on the same day. 

Overseas order – It may take up to 5 working days or earlier that depending on the stock availability and any issues related to shipment documents arrangement to make sure they are in good order.

When will I expect to receive my order?

Local Delivery – Under normal situation, delivery will be scheduled within 5 working days or earlier from the day the order is received.  

Overseas order – It is subject to courier company or shipping company next earliest available schedule. We would only be able to provide closest estimated schedule upon receiving your confirmed order until advised by the shipping company.

Can I request for earlier receipt of stock?

Local Delivery – We will do our upmost efforts to deliver ordered items at the earliest date under normal circumstances.  However, you can arrange for self-collection or we can arrange courier for delivery (customers expense). 

Overseas order – Under normal arrangement, normal sea freight arrangement applies.  However, we can arrange by courier / air freight upon your request. All cost related to shipment will be fully borne by client and payment to be received by us before shipment arrangement.

Products Availability?

All the packaging materials are available / Ex-stock condition in our storage, however, subject to stock availability (while stock last), please enquire early with our sales staffs for your intended orders.

The customer will be notified by us should any of the item chosen are running low or out of stock at that moment. For partial stock availability, we will make arrangement for you to self-collect or to partial deliver the available items to you, and once the stock item is replenished, a second delivery will be arranged to fulfil the order.

What is your return policy?

For hygiene reason and the interest of our other clients, all the goods sold are non-returnable. Please consider your order carefully.  Return/exchange due to manufacturing defects will be entertained provided the report is lodged with us on the same day you receive the order.
